Peggy Weigle, Chief Executive Officer
Peggy Weigle, Perfecto's Chief Executive Officer, brings significant management experience to the Company. Before joining Perfecto, Weigle held several senior management positions at Hyperion Solutions and (prior to the merger of the two companies) Arbor Software. She was Vice President and General Manager of Hyperion's Performance Management division after serving as Vice President Worldwide Field Operations. At Arbor Software, Weigle was Vice President North America Sales. Prior to that, she held various sales management positions at Pilot Software. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Philosophy, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.

Eran Reshef, Founder and Senior Vice President
Eran Reshef is a Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of Perfecto Technologies. Prior to founding Perfecto, Reshef led a large development group in the Israeli Defense Forces, specializing in communications and information security. In that position he won the Israel Defense Forces' Innovation Award for his leadership in Artificial Intelligence projects. He was also involved in numerous R&D projects within Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

Gil Raanan, Founder and Vice President, Engineering
Gil Raanan is the Vice President of Engineering and Co-Founder of Perfecto Technologies. Prior to Perfecto, Raanan initiated and managed the development effort for an Internet intelligent agent's application in Amdocs. During military service with the Israeli Defense Forces, he led a software development project involved in several cutting-edge projects in communications and security. For that work he was awarded with the Israel Security Award. He is also the recipient of the Israeli Defense Forces' Innovation award. Raanan holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Recanati Business School, both with honors.

Diane Fraiman, Vice President, Marketing
Diane Fraiman brings over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience to Perfecto. Previously, Fraiman was vice president of corporate marketing at Informix Corporation, where she was the driving force behind the implementation and measurement of marketing programs and services associated with Informix's worldwide business solutions strategy. She has also held senior management positions at Tektronix, Inc., Sequent Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Fraiman holds a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Nigel Tranter, Vice President, Customer Support Services
Nigel Tranter has over 10 years of customer support services experience in the software industry. Before joining Perfecto, Tranter was Director of Global Rights Registry at Cybersource. Prior to that, he served as Vice President Technical Services at Specialix International. Tranter holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Queen Mary College, London.

Jay Zimmet, Vice President, North America Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Jay Zimmet oversees the direct and indirect sales initiatives worldwide and is responsible for developing and maintaining global strategic alliances and new business development opportunities. A tenured sales executive, Mr. Zimmet brings more than 20 years of successful sales expertise to Perfecto Technologies. Most recently, Mr. Zimmet was the Vice President of Sales for Memco Software where he was responsible for all channel related sales revenue-both domestic and international. Memco was the industry leader for client server security. Prior to his position at Memco Software, Mr. Zimmet was President of Lexia Systems, a nationwide, full-service technology integrator. In addition, he was the Director of Eastern U.S. Sales for ICL Ltd., a multi-billion-dollar computer conglomerate based in the United Kingdom. Mr. Zimmet has also held sales and management positions at Pelican Security, Platinum Technologies, Computer Associates, and CCI. Mr. Zimmet earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from California State University, Northridge.
